SIMULATION + TRAINING

COMPONENTS
Full-scale replicated panels, instruments and levers designed for full-scale mission training up to cockpits that can be kept easily in line with changing aircraft configurations. Cockpit replica may also comprise Reiser’s G-seat-motion cueing system or simulated anti-G inflation system.
FLIGHT MODELS
For the purpose of simulator development our own flight data acquisition brings high value into the process of development. The flight test instrumentation is adapted to the specific requirements for quality of data that is used for modeling and as validation data.

HANDLING TRAINER
Eurofighter Weapon Loading Trainer
In cooperation with EADS and Eurofighter maintenance teams of the German Air Force, Reiser Simulation and Training has developed a Weapon Loading Training (WLT) device. This unique cooperation between the government and the private Industry turned out to be a success story.
High Durability for Literally Unlimited Training Cycles
The WLT comprises a full scale mock-up of the Eurofighter (length 16 m, wingspan 11 m) together with an external cockpit incorporating replicas of all elements required to control the weapon system. The status of the weapon loading is being sensed on the WLT and displayed in the external cockpit. Many years of in service at the Air Force Maintenance School Kaufbeuren prove its training value and reliability.
MAINTENANCE TRAINER
Precision and Durability for Uninterrupted Training
Cutting-edge helicopters like the NATO NH90 use advanced technologies to ease pilot burden. A flight control computer interprets pilot commands, ensuring recommended maneuvers are executed. Complex systems monitor the aircraft, alerting crew only when threshold parameters are exceeded. This complexity poses challenges for ground personnel training. Traditionally, fleets undergo ground crew training, leaving one or more aircraft unavailable for operation. Lightweight design and limited flight hours contribute to increased demand for replacement parts and maintenance.
